Now That Maryland Beat Duke…
- I can buy the “Beat Duke” t-shirt I saw last time I was at the game. Too bad it’s sold out & won’t be available until “later this year.” It’s only March, UM. Let’s get on this.
- I’d like to point out that Nolan Smith - and really, the entire Duke team - has really skinny legs. Not trying to crack on them before the game, since they could come out & do some damage with those lil toothpicks, but no joke, the whole group of them looked like they were playing on stilts with knees. Except Nolan Smith, who’s noticeably shorter than most of the others.
- It’s time to riot! Juuuuuuust kidding. I don’t really understand the concept of rioting, or how one would become involved, or how it would seem like a good idea, or how you’d even get the idea in your head to begin with. Yay we won, let’s pull up a street sign? I don’t understand how that connects. Flaming Duke jerseys are, theoretically, aight with me though.
- I still can’t believe I went to the game. Special thanks to my new best bud Mike for the tix!!!!!! SERIOUSLY one of the best nights ever - such a special experience.
- It’s time for UVA! Raycom, 1:30 to hold that top spot in the ACC. (Televised on The CW in Savannah, which is where I’ll be.)
